Jerry Fryer

Funeral services for Jerry Fryer, Sr., age 80, of Montgomery were held on Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at 2 p.m. in Cashner Colonial Chapel with Reverend Roy Youngblood officiating. Visitation preceded the service at 1 p.m. and interment followed the service in Conroe Memorial Park Cemetery. Jerry was born November 17, 1929 in Dallas, Texas and passed away on August 2, 2010 in Shenandoah, Texas. He worked for Gulf States Utilities Company from July, 1952, until he retired as the Western Division General Line Supervisor on March 1, 1992. His hobbies were spending time with his animals on their ranchette. Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Nina Fryer of Montgomery, daughters, Judy Ketchens and Donnie Sr. of Frisco and Kathie K. Surma of Plymouth, sons, Jerry Fryer Jr. of Austin and Roy Melton Fryer and wife Sharon of Minneapolis, Minnesota, grandchildren, Dawn, Celesten, Donnie Jr., Johann III and Allison, Nina and Kenny, Kaleb, Eleya, Jerry III and Amber and 13 great grandchildren.
