Sidney O'Neill
Sidney was born in Cleveland on March 22, 1949 to Joe & Pat (Bailey) O’Neill. He married Janice Kelly in Cleveland on November 3, 1978, and loved her for 32 years. He loved spending time with family and friends, trail riding, and working. He was often described as a good listener, caring, and unselfish. He always made you feel that he cared, and he truly did care. Sidney was preceded in death by his parents; and father-in-law, James Kelly.
Survivors include his wife, Janice of Anderson; daughters, Amy Perry & husband Billy of Splendora, and Sara Dekle of Temple; son, Joe O’Neill & Elizabeth Crawford of Anderson; sister, Joyce Adams & husband Larry of Cleveland; and grandchildren, Justin, Clayton, Heather & Rebecca Perry of Splendora, and Gabe O’Neill of Anderson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Grimes County Fair Scholarship Fund, or to The Copperfield Church, Angels in Action, 7919 Millbrook, Houston, TX 77095.
